I had a great stay at this hotel! the rooms were stunning and super clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a nice, casual vibe. I loved the in-room dining – the burgers were tasty, and the breakfast options were solid, although I missed out on the salmon for my eggs benedict. Plus, you can't beat the location; it's right near lots of shops and major attractions. the housekeeping and dry cleaning services were efficient, making everything easy and comfortable.

Just a couple of small things to think about for improvement. the twin beds could use a bit of extra cushioning, maybe a mattress topper would make a difference.

Our double room was brand-new, with a comfy bed. It was convenient having an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and a multi-channel television. Lovely and amazing staff did a great job. The hotel has great location right by shops.

Cozy beds and a safe to keep your stuff secure in the room. the AC was on point, and there was a mini bar for drinks. Loved gazing out of the window at the city view 🌆.

This place is absolutely stunning and exceptional, located in the CBD district, conveniently close to shops, with a team of helpful and friendly staff members.

The room layout is fantastic - spacious with a nice bathroom, an iPad for control, and a boutique feel. the TV, lounge chair, wardrobe, robe, and iron in the room are all great!

I wish they had fluffy doonas on the bed instead of just a light blanket.

We stayed here for 3 nights and liked the place. Our fairly quiet room was complete with amenities like blinds and a TV. - There were coffee and tea makers, refrigerators, and glassware in the room. - the hotel was very close to shops.
