The thoughtful touches made it special
The historic architecture seamlessly merges with the modern elements, creating an inviting atmosphere. I enjoyed complimentary mocha during a rainy evening, a delightful surprise that showcased the staff’s attentiveness.
Unfortunately, I encountered some housekeeping oversights, as my room wasn't attended to for two days. there were issues with the body pillow's casing that could be improved for comfort.

Totally recommend for a day tour
Spacious room, modern amenities, the Superior King Room provided good use of tech with a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle, while the 24-hour reception made check-in smooth and effortless.
Couldn’t find a single fault without adding further information.

The rooms are large and comfortable, providing a lovely sanctuary from the bustling city outside.
Unfortunately, I was disappointed by my experience with the dining options. I found the onsite dining a bit overpriced, and the menu change at 11 am made it difficult to find a late breakfast option I wanted. when I sought clarification on the advertised happy hour, I was met with confusion over the offerings, which left me feeling uncertain about the value for my money.

The location offered easy access to restaurants, enhancing our experience. The light snacks available were a delightful addition. there were issues with room service pricing, which felt excessive for what was offered. inconsistency in housekeeping was disappointing, as we faced some delays in room cleaning. Finally, the restaurant's breakfast hours limited our options during our stay.
